The Signature Heating & Air team is looking for an individual to be part of our trusted local crew as a full-time HVAC technician. We are looking for someone in this role who can install residential duct and equipment as well as accessories. If you have over a year of residential installation experience as well as possess a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you may just be the candidate we are looking for. We also prefer someone who is comfortable working with little to no supervision.

The Responsibilities

• Ensures safe and reliable operations in day-to-day responsibilities (i.e. vehicle and personal safety).
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and supplies.
• Work well with office staff and offer a professional, friendly demeanor with customers.
• Install sheet metal duct including transitions and plenums to complete equipment installation.
• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Other assigned duties or responsibilities as directed by management. Work location is on the road.

The schedule will be a 10-hour shift and an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The HVAC technician role will be on-call and work on weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a Journeyman HVAC License
• 1+ Years of Experience
• Must possess hand tools required, a tool program is available for assistance.
• Physical requirements may include lifting (approximately 50 lbs); climbing; bending or stooping; and regular exposure to weather conditions.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Salary will range from 25.00 - $30.00 per hour with bonus pay and commission pay.
